ZINI ASTUCCI - Production of case for Jewellery and custom Jewellery

Pride of our production is the ECO series, introduced in 1996 it is the first ECOlogical series to be entirely produced in an automated way in Italy.
The frame is entirely realised in paper and cardboard and, in order to produce an entirely biodegradable box only biological glues are used and carefully dosed during the productive process.
An important feature of the binded boxes is their superior mechanical resistance that allows to create cases that are sturdier than the common foldable ones and very cost effective.
In order to have an extra clean finish a double preliminary cutting is performed by die cutting both the cardboard and the paper.
All first quality materials are used. The paper is mass dyed in order to avoid white edges along the cuttings, and white cardboard is used for the frame, allowing personalization directly inside the box, keeping in mind that cardboard inner lid can also be requested.

The variety of inserts and the infinite range of available coverings make the ECO series the most widely personalizable case line on the market. Furthermore this series can be completed, by request, with an elegant double satin ribbon placed inside the bottom of the case. The ribbon is first cut obliquely and then sealed at the ends in order to avoid small, messy strings.
