ZINI ASTUCCI - Production of case for Jewellery and custom Jewellery

Zini Astucci was established in 1988 by Pierluigi Zini, who had more than thirty years of experience in the jewellery case sector.
The company structure, at the time, resembled the spirit of a small firm that was moving its first footsteps towards a much wider market extended to a national level.

Throughout the years, the Company consolidated its presence in the Italian market and combined the workmanship that is typical of the artisan world, with processes and products realised with the use of the most modern technologies.
This trend becomes even stronger in 1995 when Corrado, the son of the founder, who obtained his electronic engineering degree in 1999, joined the company.
Corrado gave the firm a more technical approach right from the start, and oriented it towards the development of increasingly advanced products.

In 1995 the first productive line for the implementation of the revolutionary interiors with incorporated flaps was installed .
Between 1996 and 1998 the entire machine fleet for the injection moulding of plastic materials is completely renewed and augmented.
The old, no longer competitive nor safe, machinery is replaced with new and modern presses that offer both high performances and the essential requirements needed to meet today's work safety legal requirements.
In 1996 Zini Astucci was the first company in Italy, and maybe in Europe, to purchase the technology necessary to produce a breakthrough case. This case is the ECO series, the first ecological jewellery box in cardboard to be entirely produced at an industrial level in Italy.
This product was immediately successful.
Between 1998 and 2000 the thermo-mould vacuformed division is renovated with the adoption of a new automated production line that increases the company competitiveness in the interiors sector.
Notwithstanding the company's strong technological approach, today just like yesterday the style and the charm of artisan attention for the product has not been elapsed.
The product is still and always carefully followed throughout all the stages of the production process keeping in mind the unchanged traditions and teachings of an old artisan workshop.

From the start of the 21st century Zini Astucci is positioned as a market leader, in Italy, in the sector of jewellery boxes and relative semi-manufactured products.
Zini Astucci supplies and collaborates directly with major national distributors, and with jewellery and box producers to develop new products, technical details and semi-manufactured products. Thanks to its desire to grow and constantly improve with time Zini Astucci can offer its clients a product that is constantly improved and up-to-date, in line with the taste and needs of the moment.
